The bodyshop is able to prove having the correct TDS, color tools and equipment available and that staff have received the relevant product training according to AkzoNobel standards.

Relationships
The bodyshop is able to demonstrate a professional claims handling procedure by working with insurers and other work providers.

General standards
The bodyshop is able to demonstrate having the correct permits and certifications to operate as a vehicle refinishes facility. AkzoNobel reserves the right to withdraw participation to the program if it appears that permits etc. are not in order.

Customer service
The bodyshop has a professional reception area and the bodyshop provides telephone aftercare to customers to quickly resolve any claims.

The sales representative verifies that the bodyshop works accurately and tidy, and has a good track record with respect to claim handling, all to the judgement of AkzoNobel.
